I have an unregistered GOWT 2005 geocoin. How do I go about registering it? I have the little slip of paper that came with it, the coin #, what looks like some kind of password, and a website. When I go to the website - www.traveltags.com, and try to enter the information, I get a message that the number is invalid. What gives?

Mr. Lost,
You need to set up an account first. If you've done that...great.

Next when you put in the coin number, make sure you put in the wtn and then all the zeros before your number.
when typing in the coin number and then the password, it is case sensitive, so the wtn should be WTN if I remember correctly and then the password should be lower case.

If this does not help, let me know.

I followed all those directions. I am confident that no one who reads these forums will steal the coin #, so I will post it here.

I entered it exactly that way, and the password was entered as well.

Still no dice.

Try clicking on "Tag Setup/Edit" and enter the number and passkey there first.

I know this is an OLD thread and I am not bumping it for any obscure spamming purpose. Wink

If you DON'T have the passkey for one of these coins, does anyone know how to GET the passkey?

I am also in need of the passkey... recently purchased a set of the GOWT coins but have not been able to get this one set up... Thanks for any replies/assistance!
