Here is a link to the story in the Commercial Appeal.

It places this bridge south of Walnut Grove near the intersection of Shady Grove and Humphries Blvd and is part of the Wolf River greenway project.

In fact, this bridge and the new part of the greenway are not far from West TN Mega Multi - Osprey Nest Platforms by Hoot Owl (GCNZDP)

Yes.... In fact I have been keeping an eye on the progress for several months. They have bulldozed an access road behind the old land fill area all the way to the east side of the river.
