Information: The cache location is behind a public school which means that, at certain times, there are a lot of muggles in this area along with school security. Stage 1 presents no real terrain problems as it is in a grassy field which is kept mowed. Stage 2 does present terrain challenges including water (amount depends upon the time of the year), mud, and a lot of thorn bushes. I would have rated this higher than a "2" terrain if it had been me (my opinion only).
