Information: Once you solve the relatively easy puzzle associated with this cache, the coords will take you to an area where retail establishments are located. One of these "retailers" is literally open 24 hours/day and can be very busy on days when the weather is nice. The other is a more typical retail store which is open roughly 9a-5p on Mon through Sat. This place apparently stays modestly busy no matter what the weather is like. Schedule your hunt of this cache in order to avoid the muggles at the retail establishments.
